I am a clinical psychotherapist with an LLMSW expected in early June 2026, with a background in clinical psychology research and clinical social work.
My approach to psychotherapy is integrative, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I provide individual psychotherapy for adults, with particular focus on mood, anxiety, neurodivergence, identity, and life transitions. In therapy, I aim to create space for understanding emotional experience, recognizing patterns, and moving toward meaningful change.
I practice from a trauma-informed and LGBTQIA+ affirming perspective, grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person’s lived experience. Therapy can support practical coping, greater self-understanding, and a more flexible way of responding to what feels difficult.
I will be offering in-person and virtual therapy starting early June 2026.

Ongoing sessions focus on developing understanding, building insight, and working toward therapeutic goals in a way that supports meaningful and sustainable change over time.
